Fintech powerhouse GCash now offers three options for its prepaid and virtual card offerings with the addition of VISA branded prepaid cards.

Just a heads up, be sure that you have at least 250 in your account to cover the cost of the card and the delivery charge. And if some of you are wondering what's the benefit of getting a VISA card if you already have a GCash Mastercard, here's a couple of things. Please note that this is from a perspective of an online freelancer who uses Paypal.
Aside from the fact that you can withdraw your funds directly to your GCash account, you can also withdraw Paypal funds instantly to your VISA card. But while there are charges to consider (1% fee) you can request to have the currency changed for your VISA card to dollar so when you withdraw, you'll have a much higher conversion rate. To start working on your VISA Card order, first be sure that you are logged in to your GCash account.
Step 1.
From the main menu, click on the three dots with the label, “VIEW ALL”.

Then scroll to the bottom until you reach the “Manage” section. Choose cards. Then at the bottom of the window, tap on “Order a GCash Card”. Tap “Order a Card”, then tap “Send me a Card”. This is the preview of what your card will look like, and you will see that the card cost is 185. Tap “Next”.

At the bottom of th window, tap on “Order a GCash Card”.

Tap “Order a Card”.

Tap “Send me a Card”.

This is the preview of what your card will look like, and you will see that the card cost is 185. Tap “Next”.
Step 7
Fill out the order form with the requested information. Be sure to fill out the form correctly and completely. If possible, you can also include “Landmarks” for easier and faster delivery.
Step 8
On this page you will see the breakdown of the charge. GCash Card is 185 and Delivery fee is 65 for a total of 250 pesos.
Tap “Confirm” to proceed to the next step.
Step 9
Choose the funding source that you will use to pay for your order. If you have GCredit, etc, you will find those options in this section.
Tap “PAY PHP 250.00”.

Congratulations! You now have successfully submitted your order for your new GCash VISA Card. Depending on where your delivery address is, you will see the different estimates on how long before your shiny new card will be delivered.
